Cancer Nutrition: Green Lemonade Juice
Green Lemonade (juice)

¼ cup water 1 lemon (with skinned removed)
3-4 stalks of celery, roughly chopped 1-2 apples cored, not peeled
4-5 stalks of kale, stalk removed 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (optional)
Add water to blender, followed by the celery, lemon, apple and kale.
Blend until smooth. Pour through nut milk bag and enjoy! You may also put these vegetables through a juicer (omit water). Sandwich the kale between all other ingredients.
